Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • All original packaging and tags are included
  • The items show no signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our standards of excellence, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Polishes, creams and cleaners (opened containers)
  • Shoe trees (unless defective)
  • Valet Boxes (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:
